Burnt Out Christmas Lights into Cute Sparkly Centerpiece!

This is simply brilliant.  It turned out way better than originally planned.   This honestly took me less than an hour to finish!  DO IT!!!!  You won't be sorry!  Recycling is ALWAYS good!

What you'll need
Large, burnt out Christmas bulbs (yay for recycling!!!)
Modge Podge (heck, Elmer's glue would work I'm sure)
Small paint brush (Fingers work too)
Glitter (Half price at Hobby Lobby!)
Clear glossy spray sealant (mine is Modge Podge brand)

  1. Paint on the glue to the bulb, fairly thick.
  2. Sprinkle glitter to cover bulb.
  3. Set on wax paper to dry.
  4. Spray with clear coat to hold the glitter on!
  5. Place in a vase for gorgeous Christmas decor!
Another idea I've seen is to turn them into Christmas ornaments!  So cute!!! <3

  1. Elmers glue for whatever reason don’t keep the glitter on or even on the inside ( I tried it) Mod podge held it firmly!!
